Trip to Elliot Lake, July 2006 - The Pictures

Mom drives while Dad takes pictures in the back of the car.

The first diaper change on the rear deck, because Subway didn't have change tables in either bathrooms, so we had to improvise.

Hana wants some of Dad's sandwich. It's also the first time she's sat in a restaurant high chair!

Already breaking the rules - Hana's on the rock wall at a rest stop.

Julian feeds Hana at the rest stop.

Enjoying some fresh air and being out of the car seat.

When can I have some Frosty, mom? Hana loves the yellow cups.

Hana loves Grandma Jarmila!

Eating on the patio with Grandma Jarmila, Hana, "Grandpa" Jan and mom.

Grandma Jarmila and Hana enjoy the late evening sunshine.

Hana has some "dessert" - her favorite vegetable, peas!

There were mosquitoes in our hotel room, so Dad made up a bed for Hana, complete with mosquito net.

Mr. Maas, Julian, Hana and Jarmila enjoying lunch on the patio.

Saying goodbye!

Can you see the family resemblance? Julian, Hana and Grandma - 3 generations.

Hana takes a walk along the breakwater to a lighthouse.

Hana loves peas - and eating in her special new travel high chair.

Hana's very first swim! Julian takes her swimming in the pool in Minneapolis.

Splash! Splash! Hana was splashing and kicking the whole time she was in the water - she's not scared at all!

Where Julian puts Hana. Not so safe, eh? Don't worry, Dawn rescued her.
